It is time to get ready for Thanksgiving dinner. I have been thinking about what I want to have this year. I love the traditional meal with turkey, stuffing(dressing), cranberry sauce, sweet potatoes, mashed potatoes, rolls, and some kind of punch that my father usually concocts. But it is fun to see if there is anything that you do to spice it up a bit. Like keeping the skin on and adding bacon to the Mashed Potatoes.
Well i have found some links that can help get you prepared.

The Stealthy Chef: My Goal
I want this to be a place where guys can come and feel comfortable about cooking. Really, it is not that hard to cook something that tastes good. My goal for this site is to give the most unsuspected of guys the confidence, resources, and support that he needs to be able to cook more than ramen noodles or grilled cheese sandwiches.
I am not a chef or even a great cook. I just like to cook and experiment in the kitchen. I am sure that there are other guys just like me that when people look at them the first thing think of is "That guy must be Great in the Kitchen!" more like "that guys wife must feed him well." or "I wouldn't want to meet him in a dark ally."
